Review municipality requests
A municipality is never created without review: the platform decides based on the evidence of authority to represent.

Prérequis
- You have a platform role with the “admit municipalities” right (municipality and association onboarding, platform owner) and a second factor.
Qui peut le faire ?
Only platform roles with this right and a second factor; for everyone else the area is “Platform moderation only”. Own requests are decided by another person.
Pas à pas
Open the list
Open “Membership” and the section “Review municipality requests”. Each entry shows “Request from {name}, {date}” and “{n} inhabitants”.
Check the evidence
Read the evidence of authority. Only approve if it credibly shows authority (for example via the publicly known official address).
Decide
Click “Approve” or “Decline”. On approval the municipality is created, the applicant becomes owner, and the acceptance of agreement and terms is stored as proof.
Inform the applicant
The applicant sees the status “created” or “declined”.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions
- “Own requests are decided by another person.”
- Have someone else with the right review the request.
- “This request has already been decided.”
- Reload the list.
- “Second factor required”
- Set up a passkey or authenticator app.
Bon à savoir
- The evidence is encrypted and readable only for the review.
- Legal questions on procurement law and VAT for municipalities are not decided; they belong to the legal review.
