Platform analytics and exclusion list

Anonymous, aggregated metrics across the whole platform – and how objections get onto the exclusion list.

AdminBasic (free)Checked on 30.10.2026

Prerequisites

  • You have the role “Platform moderation” (or “Analyst”/“Technical operations” for the figures) and a second factor.

Who may do this?

Analytics: active platform moderation (includes the owner) with a second factor, also roles with the right “view analytics”. Everyone else sees “Page not found”. The check runs on every access. Platform moderation maintains the exclusion list.

Step by step

  1. Open analytics

In “Platform moderation” open the tab “Analytics” (“Growth and metrics of the platform, anonymized and aggregated”). Choose period, resolution and comparison and set filters.

  2. Read the figures

Associations, clubs, groups and “Cities and towns” are counted, as are stock and new additions. Groups under 5 people are not shown individually.

  3. Export

The CSV is created in the browser from the tables shown; the export is logged (area and number of tables, never filter values).

  4. Enter an objection

In the “Exclusion list” tab (“Remove accounts and organizations from anonymous analytics (objection)”) enter the target: public identifier or email address from the objection, or the organization identifier, “Reason” and optionally “Valid until”. Click “Enter”.

  5. Check the effect

The message is “Entered. The analytics no longer count the target from now on.” The email address is only used for lookup and is not stored.

  6. Lift an exclusion

Only if the objection was withdrawn, choose “Lift exclusion” and confirm; the target counts again afterwards.

You can find the feature here: /moderation/plattform?tab=analyse

Common errors and solutions

“The target is already on the exclusion list.”
It is already entered; check the list “Entries by moderation”.
“Second factor required”
Set up a passkey or authenticator app.
Invalid filters produce an error.
Unknown parameters are not silently dropped; check period and resolution.

Good to know

  • Aggregated values (from 5 people) are not personal data and cannot be withdrawn; the objection concerns the evaluation of the person or organization concerned.
  • Every access is in the audit log with names of the filters, never with values.
