- You reply on the event page. You reach it from the calendar, from a notification or from your club’s page.
- This is the event: time, place and everyone invited. In the section “Who’s coming?” you give your answer.
- There are three answers: Going, Maybe and Not going. Maybe means you are not sure yet, and the leaders plan with care.
- Let us choose Going. You can change your answer at any time, and the leaders see the change.
- If the event is full, you join the waiting list and move up when a place frees up. Notes for the leaders are optional.
- Further down you see who has said yes, and you can write a comment under the event.
- In the calendar you find the event again along with your clubs. That way you keep everything in view.
Wymagania
- You are a member of the organization (or invited to the event)
- The event is not canceled and provides for responses
Kto może to zrobić?
Active members respond for themselves. Parents can also respond for their children (see “RSVP for children”). The event leader sees your response and its changes.
Krok po kroku
Open the event
Open the event in the calendar or via an alert. In the “Are you coming?” section you see your response.
Respond
Choose “Going”, “Maybe” or “Not going”. “Maybe” means still unsure, the event leader plans cautiously. You can change the response at any time.
Note for the event leader (optional)
Under “Notes for the event leader” you can enter, for example, an allergy or a pickup time. By sending your response you expressly consent that the event leader sees the note. With “Delete saved note” you remove it again.
Check the status
Under “Current status” you see what is stored. If the event is full, it says “You’re on the waitlist” – when a spot frees up, you move up.
