Wymagania
- Active membership in a club, association or group
- Adult account
Kto może to zrobić?
Every active adult member can report their own availability. The plan and names are seen only by leadership with the “Manage members” right; child accounts and outsiders do not see the feature.
Krok po kroku
Open the page
Open the club, then “Club life” and “Who’s available when?”.
Consent
Tick “I consent to the club leadership seeing my reported times. I can withdraw this at any time.” Without consent there is no submission.
Enter times
Choose “Add time”, weekday and “from” and “to”. The times apply every week in local time (Germany) and do not shift with daylight saving time. “Remove” deletes a window.
Choose functions and save
Under “My functions” select which functions you can take on and choose “Report availability” or “Save”.
Withdraw
With “Withdraw consent and delete submission” your times and functions are deleted immediately.

Typowe błędy i rozwiązania
- The “Who’s available when?” feature is missing in club life.
- It does not exist for municipalities and only for active adult members.
- “That did not work. Please try again.”
- Check that the consent is ticked and the times are valid (up to 28 windows).
Warto wiedzieć
- Availability is behavioral data: your times are stored encrypted, only the leadership sees the plan and names, and every view is logged. Other members see at most the number of participants, and only from five.
- The plan is not a performance or behavior check. On leaving or deleting your account your submission is deleted.
- Reporting and the plan are free; minimum strength and evaluation for the leadership are Premium.
