  • You are a member of the organization
  • The poll is aimed at your target group (for example all members or the parents)

Qui peut le faire ?

Only members see and answer polls. You answer for yourself, not for your children – children do not vote through your account.

Pas à pas

  1. Open the poll

Open the poll via an alert or at the club under “Club life → Polls”.

  2. Choose your answer

In a scheduling poll you choose “Yes”, “Maybe” or “No” for each proposed date. In an opinion poll, depending on the question, you pick one answer, several answers (up to the stated number), yes/no, a rating from 1 to 5, or write free text (up to 1000 characters).

  3. Submit

Choose “Submit answer” (for scheduling polls “Save”). With “Change answer” you can adjust it later as long as the poll is open.

  4. View the result

You see the result as soon as you have answered, or only after the poll has ended – the leadership decides. In scheduling polls “Who?” shows the names if the club allows it.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions

“This poll is closed.”
You can no longer answer closed polls.
“This poll is aimed at a different target group.”
The poll is intended only for parents or for the association, for example.
“This poll does not exist or you may not see it”
Check that you are still a member and use the right link.
An anonymous answer cannot be changed.
This is intentional: “Thanks, you have already taken part. Anonymous answers cannot be changed.”

Bon à savoir

  • Anonymous poll: your answer is stored without a name and cannot be assigned to anyone, not even the leadership; only the fact that you took part is stored. If a poll runs with names, whoever may see the results also sees how you answered.
  • Do not write sensitive details about other people in free-text fields.
