Change your password and email address
Under “Sign-in & security” you change your password and the email address you sign in with.

Wymagania
- You are signed in
- You know your current password
- For the email address: access to the inbox of the new address
Kto może to zrobić?
Everyone changes their own password and address. For child accounts the parents change the address.
Krok po kroku
Open the area
Open “Settings → Sign-in & security”.
Change the password
In the “Change password” section enter the “Current password” and the “New password” twice (at least 12 characters) and choose “Save password”. All other devices then have to sign in again; only this one stays signed in.
Change the email address
In the “Email address” section choose “Change address”, enter the “New email address” and your password and choose “Request code”.
Confirm the code
We send a code to the NEW address. Enter it under “Confirmation code” and choose “Change address”. Nothing changes before that – so a typo cannot lock you out.

Typowe błędy i rozwiązania
- “The password could not be changed.”
- Check that the current password is right and that the new password has at least 12 characters and is identical in both fields (“The passwords do not match”).
- The code for the new address does not arrive.
- Check the spam folder and the spelling of the new address; request the code again if needed.
Warto wiedzieć
- When the address changes, the old address receives a notice for security, and all other devices are signed out.
- Choose a password you do not use anywhere else.
