Cet article n’est pour l’instant disponible qu’en allemand et en anglais ; nous affichons la version anglaise.
Prérequis
- Adult account (for children the parents maintain the details)
- For sharing: active membership in the club or group
Qui peut le faire ?
Only you see your credentials until you share them. A club may only see what you expressly shared with it for a limited time; a certificate document is visible only to the direct leadership, for viewing.
Pas à pas
Open the area
Open “Settings → Credentials and details”. The tabs are “Qualifications”, “Criminal record certificate”, “Allergies and diet” and “Shares”.
Add a qualification
On the “Qualifications” tab choose “Add qualification” and enter “Name” (for example Juleica), “Issued on” and “Valid until”. You are reminded 30 days before it expires. Only name and date are stored here, no document.
Enter the certificate
On the “Criminal record certificate” tab choose “Enter criminal record certificate”: “Issued on”, “Current until” (empty = five years), “Relevant entry” as self-declaration, optionally “Confirmed by” and a document (PDF or image). The document is stored encrypted and is never public.
Share
On the “Shares” tab, under “Share something new”, choose what (“Purpose”), for which “Club or group” (only organizations you are a member of), which qualification or certificate and until when (“Share valid until”). Confirm with “Share”.
Withdraw
In the list of shares choose “Withdraw”. The organization sees nothing afterwards, immediately.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions
- No club appears in the selection.
- Only organizations where you are an active member are offered.
- “Your parents maintain these details.”
- You are a child account; credentials are maintained by the parents.
- A share no longer works.
- Shares have an expiry date (qualifications at most 24 months, certificate key data 12 months, document 90 days) and end with the membership.
Bon à savoir
- Under § 72a SGB VIII (German child protection law) a club may only record that it inspected the certificate, its date and whether a relevant conviction exists. It does not store your document. Every inspection is logged.
- Your details about the certificate are self-declarations; CLUP.life does not verify them.
- There is no passing on to third parties and no association view.
