How to create your free CLUP.life account and activate it with the confirmation link or code from the email.

Create a free CLUP.life account: details, password, consent and confirming your email address with the code.

Here is how you create a free account. Open the “Create account” page and first enter your first and last name.
Next come your email address and your date of birth. The mobile number is optional. If you are under sixteen you also give a parent’s address.
Choose a password with at least twelve characters. Four random words in a row are easy to remember and hard to guess. Repeat it in the next field.
Tick the boxes for the terms of use, the privacy policy and the notice on functional cookies. Then choose “Register”.
Now we send you an email. You can click the link in it or type the six-digit code here. It is valid for fifteen minutes.
With “Confirm” you activate your account. That takes a moment.
Done: your address is confirmed. Now you can sign in, find a club and complete your profile.

Prérequis

Anyone aged 6 or older can create an account. Under 16, the account is activated only after a legal guardian has agreed.

Open the registration
On the home page choose “Create account”, or choose “Register now” on the sign-in page. If a club invited you, create your account first and accept the invitation afterwards.
Enter your details
Enter first name, last name, email and date of birth. “Mobile number” and gender are optional; with a mobile number you can also sign in by number later. If you are under 16, also enter the “Email of a parent”.
Choose a password
Set a password of at least 12 characters under “Password” and repeat it under “Confirm password”. Length matters more than special characters: four random words in a row are easy to remember and hard to guess.
Agree and submit
Tick the boxes for the terms of use, the privacy policy and the notice about functional cookies. Then choose “Register”.
Confirm your email
We send you an email. Open it and choose “Confirm now” – or choose “Enter the code instead” and type the six-digit code under “Confirmation code”. The code is valid for 15 minutes.
Sign in
After confirming you can sign in and see the first steps: find a club and complete your profile.

No email with a code arrives.: Check your spam folder and the spelling of the address. After a short wait you can choose “No code received? Request a new one” on the confirmation page; the old code then becomes invalid. If you already registered with this address, no new code is sent – sign in or reset your password instead.
“This code is wrong or has expired.”: Check the digits or request a new code. A code is valid for 15 minutes.
“You can only have your own account from age 6.”: For younger children a parent creates a child account (see “Create a child account for your child”).

We never ask for your confirmation code by email, phone or chat. Never share it.
The account is free; Premium is optional.
