Prerequisites
- Active membership in the club
- The leadership has set up a trip for the event (event type camp, tournament, course or other)
Who may do this?
Active members register themselves. Parents register their children (see “Register children for a trip”). Only the event leader sets it up and sees the participant list.
Step by step
Open the event
Open the event. The “Trip and camp” section shows occupied spots, the registration deadline (“Registration until …”) and the packing list.
Sign up for
Under “Sign up for” select the person. If you have children you can select several at once.
Consents and details
Set: “Photos during the trip are allowed”, “Agree to emergency treatment and giving the stated medication” and “Swimming” (not allowed / only with supervision / allowed). Optionally enter “Allergies and intolerances”, “Medication” and “Further notes”.
Emergency contact
Enter at least one emergency contact with name and phone, optionally the relationship (up to three contacts).
Register bindingly
Choose “Register (binding)”. If all spots are taken, you go onto the waitlist and move up. Under “Your registrations” you see the status.
Unregister
With “Sign out” you unregister; health details and emergency contacts are deleted immediately.

Common errors and solutions
- “The registration deadline has passed. Please talk to the leadership.”
- After the deadline (on the deadline day itself it is still possible) only the leadership can help.
- “Every registered person must be a member of the club.”
- Join the club first (see “Join a club or group”).
- “Please select at least one person.”
- Select at least one person under “Sign up for”.
- “That did not work. Please try again.”
- Check that an emergency number is entered and valid.
Good to know
- Health details are specially protected: stored encrypted, visible only to the trip leadership, and deleted automatically after the trip (retention set by the leadership, at most 90 days; “Health details and emergency contacts are deleted automatically after the trip (on …)”). Names and consents remain as proof of participation.
- Registration also sets your yes to the event.
- The printable emergency folder for the leadership is Premium; the participant list with the safety details for the leadership is free.
