Prérequis
- You are signed in
- For push: a browser or device that allows push notifications
Qui peut le faire ?
Everyone sets their own notifications. Security alerts about your account, decisions for a child and important notices about the service cannot be turned off.
Pas à pas
Open the settings
Open “Settings → Notifications”. The channels are “In the app”, “Email” and “Push”; SMS is currently not sent.
Choose categories
For each category you choose how we reach you, for example “Event reminder”, “New message”, “Invitation to an event” or “Club life (votes, shifts, confirmations, posts)”. “Individual occasions” shows the single cases.
Email summary
Under “Email summary” you set “How often?” (Never, Daily, Weekly) and “What should be included?” (Everything or Mandatory notices only).
Turn on push per device
On the same page turn on push for the device on which you want to get alerts. A push contains only a short notice without names and content.
Read your alerts
You find the list under “Alerts” (the “Notifications” page). “Mark all as read” tidies up; invitations and requests you answer there directly with “Accept”, “Decline”, “Going” or “Not going”.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions
- “The setting could not be saved.”
- Try again; check your connection.
- I do not get SMS.
- SMS is not sent yet because a provider and data processing agreement are missing; the channel can only already be set.
- I do not want any more emails.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link that turns off all switchable email notifications with one click; security and mandatory notices still arrive.
Bon à savoir
- Emails only state what exists (for example “2 event reminders”), never names or content, and contain no tracking pixels.
- Child accounts receive no emails and no push notifications; the parents get copies (see “Alerts about your child”).
