Check in and view “My attendance”
Check in with the event leader’s code and see which participations were recorded for you.

- You are a member and said yes to the event
- For check-in: the six-digit code from the event leader
من يمكنه فعل ذلك؟
You only see your own entries. The event leader may record attendance. For children the event leader records attendance; the parents’ yes is the basis.
خطوة بخطوة
Check in
Open the event and find “Are you here? Enter the event leader’s code.” Enter the six-digit code and choose “Check in”. You appear as present.
View entries
Open “Settings → My attendance”. It lists the last 30 entries with “Present” or “No-show”.
For children
If you have children, choose the child at the top and see “Attendance: {name}”.

أخطاء شائعة وحلولها
- “Checking in did not work.”
- Check the code (six digits) and ask the event leader for the valid code.
- “Nothing recorded yet”
- As soon as an event leader records your attendance, it appears here.
من المفيد أن تعرف
- Only “present” or “no-show” is stored, no reasons. The legal basis is the club’s legitimate interest in orderly operations (for example grant evidence, planning).
- When you delete your account, these entries are deleted. If you have questions, talk to the leadership.
