Store allergies and diet with consent and share them only with clubs that cater at events.

Bunu kim yapabilir?
Only you see your details until you share them. After your share, the event leader and leadership first see only numbers, never names – names only for a life-threatening allergy and only with your express consent to show your name.
Adım adım
Open the tab
Open “Settings → Credentials and details → Allergies and diet”. For children choose the child under “For whom?”, otherwise “For me”.
Enter details
Choose the categories (for example vegetarian, vegan, lactose, gluten, nuts) and the degree (preference, intolerance, allergy, life-threatening). A “Note (optional)” has at most 300 characters.
Consent and save
Tick “I consent to this health information being stored” (for children: “… as a legal guardian …”) and choose “Save”.
Share for events
Under “Shares for catering at events” you share the details with a club or group you are a member of (limited in time, revocable at any time). For life-threatening allergies you can allow the event leader and leadership to see your name – only for safety at events.
Delete everything
With “Withdraw consent and delete everything” the details and all shares are deleted immediately.

Sık karşılaşılan hatalar ve çözümler
- I cannot save.
- Without the consent tick, health details are not stored.
- The event leader does not see my details.
- They only see details of people who said yes and shared with the event’s organization – as numbers, not names.
Bilmekte fayda var
- Allergies are specially protected health data (Art. 9 GDPR), stored encrypted and passed on only after your share. Viewing names for life-threatening allergies is logged.
- The full overview of all allergies and diets for catering planning is available for clubs with Premium; the warning for life-threatening allergies stays free. For you the feature is free.
- Health notes you enter with an event response are separate from this.
