Ön koşullar
- You are owner or admin of the municipality (direct role).
- Verification is enabled for the municipality (free of charge).
Bunu kim yapabilir?
Municipality leadership with the right “edit organization” can request, confirm and end verifications, only with the direct role (a municipality does not inherit admin rights because it is outside the tree). Club leadership decides on consent or ending.
Adım adım
Open the page
Under “Manage”, open “Membership & verification”. If needed, click “Enable” under “Enable verification”. It costs nothing.
Ask a club or group
Under “Verify clubs and groups” find “Ask club or group for verification”. Enter the page identifier (part of the address after /organisation/) and click “Ask”.
Wait for consent
A verification is always a request that the other side must confirm. The status is “requested”, then “verified”.
Answer requests from clubs
If a club asks the municipality, it appears under “Requests from clubs”. Choose “Verify” or “Decline”.
Maintain
Under “Issued verifications” you can “Renew” (by one year) or “End”. The platform reminds you 30 days before expiry.

Sık karşılaşılan hatalar ve çözümler
- “To verify, verification must be enabled for your municipality.”
- Enable it on the page “Membership & verification”.
- “Not found.”
- The identifier is wrong, the page is not active, or – for groups and clubs – not publicly findable.
- A club stays “requested”.
- Its leadership has not yet agreed. You can withdraw the request and ask again later.
Bilmekte fayda var
- You only see name, place and seal, no members. Unverified organizations stay invisible to you.
- A connection fee is charged per verified club and year (see “Costs and invoices for municipalities”).
