Local partners, sponsors and funding offers

Municipalities find companies and foundations nearby, see clubs’ sponsoring offers and can create their own funding profile.

Prerequisites

  • To browse: none – “Local partners” is publicly readable.
  • For your own sponsor profile: an adult account.

Who may do this?

Anyone can browse. Any adult can create a sponsor profile (also for a municipality); it only becomes visible after review by platform moderation. Accepting and ending is decided by club leadership (direct role); association or municipality leadership does not inherit this right.

Step by step

  1. Browse local partners

Open “Local partners”. Filter by “Region (district or city)”, “Place or postal code”, “Funding focus”, “Type” and “Name” and click “Show partners”.

  2. Read a profile

A profile shows “Supports: …”, “Funding offers” and “Supports these clubs”. Club leaders can apply under “Sponsors” in their club life.

  3. See clubs’ offers

With “View clubs’ sponsoring offers” you see packages with price and benefits. You are only named once both sides have agreed.

  4. Create your own profile

Under “Sponsors”, use “Create sponsor profile” to create a profile for a municipality, choose the industry, confirm the sponsor rules and submit it. Platform moderation approves or declines with a reason.

  5. Work with a club

The sponsor asks or the club asks; the other side agrees. Only then does the mention appear on the club page. Either side can end it at any time.

You can find the feature here: /partner

Common errors and solutions

“Partner not found” – “This page does not exist or the partner is not publicly listed.”
Public listing is voluntary and revocable. Without it the partner is only visible to clubs it has approached itself.
The profile was declined or suspended.
You see the reason in the profile. Excluded industries (including alcohol, tobacco, gambling) are not permitted.
“Own sponsor profiles are decided by another person.”
This applies to moderation: another person always reviews a reviewer’s own profile.

Good to know

  • Partners receive no member or user data from CLUP.life; there are no ad slots in the feed.
  • Only members see the sponsor block of non-public clubs.
