Costs and invoices for municipalities

The municipality is free; a small annual fee is charged per verified club. Premium is optional.

FinancesBasic (free)Checked on 30.10.2026

Prerequisites

  • You are owner or admin of the municipality.

Who may do this?

Plan, verification and invoice items are only visible to the owner and admin of the municipality itself. A municipality can also enable premium for clubs it has verified (cost borne by the municipality).

Step by step

  1. Understand the prices

Creating a municipality costs nothing, nor does enabling verification. Currently €8 net is charged per verified club and year (as of 28 Oct 2026, no tiers). The clubs pay nothing and get the seal.

  2. View the stock

Under “Subscription & invoices”, “Connection fees” shows your stock and the annual amount net and gross.

  3. Export invoice items

Under “Membership & verification” you find the “Invoice items”. Use “Export CSV” to download them.

  4. Collective invoice

With “Create collective invoice” you bundle all open items in one invoice; the payment term is 14 days.

  5. Premium (optional)

A municipality can book premium itself and gift it to individual verified clubs via “Enable premium”. More storage for the file store comes with premium (10 GB instead of 100 MB).

You can find the feature here: /organisation/{slug}/vereinsleben/abo

Common errors and solutions

“Payment is not enabled yet.”
Items are collected and can be exported until payment is active.
“No permission”
Only the owner and admin of the municipality manage the subscription and invoices.
“This club is not verified by your association.” when enabling
Verify the club first; the activation only applies to clubs you have verified.

Good to know

  • All prices net plus 19% VAT; the price page (/preise) is authoritative. Clarify tax questions (for example procurement law) with your office.
  • When a verification expires, only the seal lapses – the club’s data and functions remain.
