Apply for a municipality page
Cities, towns and districts apply for their municipality page; platform moderation checks the evidence before it is created.

Requisitos
- An adult account with a confirmed email address.
- You are allowed to represent the municipality (for example job title, department).
¿Quién puede hacerlo?
Any adult can submit a request (at most three in review at once); child accounts cannot. Only platform moderation with a second factor decides – never on their own request. A municipality is never created without review.
Paso a paso
Open the page
Open “Confirm membership and apply for municipalities” and go to “Apply for a municipality – For cities, towns and districts”.
Enter the details
Enter “Name of the municipality”, “Place”, “Postal code” and “Number of inhabitants”.
Provide evidence of authority
In the field “Evidence of authority to represent” describe job title, department and official contact address. Do not give ID numbers. The text is stored encrypted.
Accept the agreement and terms
Accept the data processing agreement and the terms for organizations. The agreement takes effect once platform moderation approves the request; time, version and your name are then stored as proof.
Submit the request
Click “Submit request”. The message is “Request submitted. Platform moderation is checking the evidence.” The status shows in your list: “in review”, “created” or “declined”.
Open the municipality
After approval the entry shows “created” with “Open”. You are the owner of the municipality and can verify clubs (see the next article).

Errores habituales y soluciones
- “Three requests are already in review.”
- Wait for a decision. No more than three open requests per person are possible.
- “Please accept the data processing agreement and confirm that you may represent the municipality”
- Tick the boxes for the agreement, authority to represent and terms.
- The request was declined.
- The evidence did not credibly show authority. Submit a new request with more convincing evidence, for example the publicly known official address.
Conviene saber
- The evidence is readable only by the reviewing platform moderation.
- The municipality stands outside the club tree: clubs do not sit under it and there is no inheritance of rights.
