RSVP for yourself and your children
On the event page you respond for yourself and several children in one step; a fixed sentence then tells you for whom it was saved.

Prérequis
- You are a legal guardian and the child is a member of the organization (you do not have to be)
Qui peut le faire ?
Legal guardians respond for their children. Posts, comments, chat, polls, shifts and the bring list, however, you always do as yourself – a child never “speaks” through your account.
Pas à pas
Open the event
Open the event. With children, the “Are you coming?” section shows the “Answering for” selection with round pictures: “Me” and your children.
Choose people
Select the people you answer for. You can select several at once; the answer then applies to all. An announcement names your selection (“You are currently acting for … and …”).
Respond
Choose “Going”, “Maybe” or “Not going”. A sentence per person then tells you the result, for example “Going for you and …” or “The event is full, on the waitlist: …”.
Notes per person
Under “Notes for the event leader on …” you enter allergies, medication or pickup time per person – separately for each child. By sending you expressly consent as a legal guardian.
Check the status
Under “Current status by person” you see for each person “going”, “no response yet” or “not possible” and “reported by you” or “reported by …”.

Erreurs fréquentes et solutions
- “Not saved for …: …”
- An action for several children does not fail completely if one cannot; the reason is shown per person (not a member, deadline, guardianship).
- “… is not a member of this organization.”
- Sign the child up for the club first (see “Sign children up for a club or group”).
- “Please select who you are answering for.”
- Select at least one person in the “Answering for” selection.
- My partner answered differently.
- The most recently saved answer applies; there is one row per child and event, and the leadership sees “registered by …”.
Bon à savoir
- In the calendar choose “My events”, “Whole family” or a child; each title is prefixed with who it applies to. You also see an event if you are not a member yourself but your child is.
- Health notes stay separate per person and encrypted; they never appear in logs or notifications.
- Shifts, tasks, bring list, carpool and check-in you do for yourself; for children the event leader records attendance.
