المتطلبات
- A child account for which you are a legal guardian
من يمكنه فعل ذلك؟
The parents decide; the child cannot change it. The levels “Everyone on the internet” and “All members” never exist for children – even you cannot lift this limit.
خطوة بخطوة
“Visibility” tab
Open the child under “Settings → Child accounts” and choose “Visibility”. Under “Who sees …” you set “The profile”, “The parents’ contact details”, “New posts by default”, “The birthday” (day and month, never the year), “The memberships” and “The awards”. Every change is saved immediately.
Presence
Under “Presence” you set “Show online status”, “Show “last seen”” and “Notification for profile views”.
“Communication” tab
Here you set “Receive messages from”, “Connection requests from” and “Tags in posts by”. All contact methods of the account belong to the parents: whoever in the club wants to make contact reaches you first, never the child directly.
“Appearance” tab
Here you set language, time zone, appearance and accessibility (reduce motion, high contrast, screen reader, font size) of the account.

أخطاء شائعة وحلولها
- “Visibility not available” / “Communication settings not available”
- No settings are stored for the account or they could not be loaded. Reload the page.
- A higher level gets reset.
- The server silently resets a higher level to the maximum allowed (recital 38 GDPR).
من المفيد أن تعرف
- Permanently off and not adjustable: “Discoverability in search” (child accounts never appear in the platform-wide search) and “Capture by search engines”.
- The group leadership sees your child’s name, display name and age as well as the parents’ contact methods – nothing more.
- Your child’s awards are visible at most to the club that issued them.
