Manage your child’s allergies, awards and card

As a legal guardian you maintain your child’s allergies and diet, decide the visibility of its awards and open its card.

Prerequisites

  • A child account for which you are a legal guardian
  • For shares and card: the child’s membership in the club

Who may do this?

The child itself cannot change these details; proven guardianship is required. For children, awards are visible at most to the club, never public.

Step by step

  1. Allergies and diet

Open “Settings → Credentials and details → Allergies and diet”, choose the child under “For whom?”, enter the details, tick “I consent as a legal guardian …” and choose “Save”. Under “Shares for catering at events” you share them for a limited time with a club the child is a member of.

  2. Awards

Open “My awards” and choose the child under “For whom?”. Under “Who can see my awards?” you set the default, for a single award “Who can see this award?”. You can delete an award (“Delete”); the child cannot.

  3. Membership card

Open “Membership card” and choose the child under “Card for”. The card is available as soon as the club has confirmed the membership.

  4. Withdraw

You can withdraw shares at any time; for allergies “Withdraw consent and delete everything” deletes the details and all shares immediately.

Common errors and solutions

The child does not appear under “For whom?”.
It has to be a child account with proven guardianship for you.
“Your parents maintain these details.”
The child account itself sees this notice; maintenance is up to you.

Good to know

  • Allergies are health data (Art. 9 GDPR): encrypted, only with your express consent and visible to the club only after your share. The event leader first sees only numbers; names only for life-threatening allergies and with your consent to show the name.
  • Your child’s awards are initially visible only to the child and parents.
