Register children for a trip or camp
Register several children in one step – with your confirmation as a legal guardian, consents and an emergency contact.

Requisitos
- The leadership has set up a trip for the event
- Each child is a member of the club
- You are provably a legal guardian
¿Quién puede hacerlo?
Only legal guardians register their children. Without your express confirmation there is no registration of a child. Only the event leader sees the participant list with health details.
Paso a paso
Open the event
Open the event and, in the “Trip and camp” section, the “Sign up for” area.
Choose children
Select one or more children (and yourself if you are coming along).
Consents and details
Set: “Photos during the trip are allowed”, “Agree to emergency treatment and giving the stated medication” and “Swimming” (not allowed / only with supervision / allowed). Enter “Allergies and intolerances”, “Medication” and “Further notes”.
Emergency contact
Enter an emergency contact with name, phone and optionally relationship. It applies to all children registered in one step – if children need different contacts, register them separately.
Confirm and register
Tick “I am a legal guardian and confirm the details and consents for my child.” and choose “Register (binding)”. If everything is taken, the child goes onto the waitlist.
Unregister
Under “Your registrations” choose “Sign out”. Health details and emergency contacts are deleted immediately.

Errores habituales y soluciones
- “Please confirm as a legal guardian the details and consents for your child.”
- Tick the guardianship box; without it nothing is stored.
- “There is no proven guardianship for at least one account.”
- Select only children for whom you are on record as a legal guardian.
- “A person is listed twice.”
- Select each child only once.
- “Every registered person must be a member of the club.”
- Sign the child up for the club first.
- “The registration deadline has passed. Please talk to the leadership.”
- After the deadline (on the deadline day itself still possible) only the leadership can help.
Conviene saber
- Health details and emergency contacts are encrypted, only the trip leadership sees them, and they are deleted automatically after the trip (the leadership sets the retention, at most 90 days). Names and consents remain as proof of participation.
- Registration sets the child’s yes to the event.
- The emergency folder as PDF for the leadership is a Premium convenience; the leadership sees the data even without Premium.
