Ön koşullar
- Your child (age 6 to 15) registered with your address as “Email of a parent”
- You are a legal guardian
Bunu kim yapabilir?
Only legal guardians may agree. You do not need a CLUP.life account for this.
Adım adım
Open the email
Open the email about consent (also check the spam folder) and follow the whole link. It is being checked (“The link is being checked…”).
Read
The page “Your consent is needed” explains “What is stored and who sees it” (name, email address, date of birth and password – encrypted) and “Your rights”.
Agree
Tick “I am the legal guardian of … and consent to the processing described.” and choose “I agree”. Your child receives an email and can sign in.
Or decline
With “Do not agree” and “Really decline and delete account” the account and all its details are deleted immediately; this cannot be undone.

Sık karşılaşılan hatalar ve çözümler
- “Link cannot be used” / “This link is incomplete.”
- Open the full link from the email – some email programs break long links – or ask your child to send the email again (“Resend the email to my parents”).
- “Please confirm that you are the legal guardian and agree.”
- Tick the box before “I agree”.
- The request has expired.
- The request stays valid for 30 days; without consent the account is then deleted. Your child can send the request again or register anew.
Bilmekte fayda var
- We record the time, the version of the child privacy notice and the way of confirmation. Withdrawal is possible at any time (see “Pause a child account, download data, withdraw consent”).
- Your child’s account is never public and never discoverable in search; chat, connection requests and joining clubs are initially blocked.
