What’s free, what’s Premium?
Your club runs for free — with no base fee and no ads. Premium is for clubs that organize more or want to tap into sponsors.
- Basic (free): member management, dues list, events, chat, polls, minutes, file storage, report to the association.
- Premium: SEPA direct debit and dunning, facility booking, shift planning, digital resolutions, annual report, more storage, sponsorship packages.
- Sponsors, associations, or municipalities can also pay for a club’s Premium.
- Premium for clubs: €50.00 per month or €500.00 per year (net plus 19 % VAT).

What does CLUP.life cost for my club?
Nothing. The club runs for free with the full feature set. Premium brings additional benefits and is optional.
My club is already listed with you — what now?
Publicly known clubs may exist as an entry without an owner. You’ll find it under “Discover clubs” and claim it if you’re authorized. Anyone who wants to object can dispute the claim.
Do we have to enter our members by hand?
Members join by link or request. Whether and how you bring in existing data is up to you.
Who is allowed to do what in the club?
Roles assigned by the leadership regulate that. Permissions flow from top to bottom: an association admin acts one level weaker in sub-units, as a moderator.
What happens if we end Premium?
Nothing is lost: your data stays visible and exportable, and nothing is deleted. The free scope applies again.
Does our club need a data processing agreement?
Yes, and it’s built in: when you set up your club, you accept the data processing agreement. You’ll find the full text under “DPA” in the page footer.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Falkenstein (Germany); encrypted backups are stored in Finland (EU). Names, contact details, messages, and club content are additionally encrypted individually.
Are there ads or tracking?
No. There is no external advertising, no ad networks, and no analytics scripts. Instead of ads, clubs can win sponsors — openly and only with the consent of both sides.
